Modalities of work

The focus of Amy’s practice is on psychodynamic psychotherapy. This practice explores the influence of experience on current internal and relational difficulties, while also using what happens in the therapy space to further our understanding. She believes that gaining clarity in this way is the first step towards building new, lasting, healthier ways of experiencing the self and dealing with life's complexities. She was also integratively trained and can draw on a wide range of treatment modalities to best suit her client's needs.
